Thomas is a seasoned professional in the sports, tourism and hospitality sectors, with an impressive 18 years' experience. His diverse and rewarding career has enabled him to develop in-depth expertise in growth management, strategic partnerships and alliances. A graduate of the prestigious KEDGE and Harvard Business School, Thomas is recognised for his dynamic leadership and results orientation.
Over the years, Thomas has held a variety of executive positions in leading companies such as GMR Marketing/Omnicom, UCPA, Sodexo, Aristeia Sport Communication, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Accor Hotels. His achievements include successfully managing partnerships with leading organisations such as FIFA, VISA, Novartis, and many others. Thomas has also led teams on a global scale, helping to expand the businesses of his companies in key markets in Europe, Asia and North America.
With a strong academic background and practical experience, Thomas excels at designing and implementing innovative business strategies to drive growth and maximise profitability. He has an in-depth knowledge of international markets and emerging trends, enabling him to make informed decisions and proactively seize opportunities.
Outside work, Thomas is passionate and still play rugby, the saxophone and gastronomy. He is also involved in professional associations and teaches at KEDGE Business School, sharing his expertise with the next generation of industry leaders.
